Author: Allard Luchsinger, Managing Director Techstars + ABN AMRO Future of Finance Accelerator
On Monday, September 12 we welcomed 27 unstoppable founders from 10 of the most promising and exciting early-stage European fintech companies to our accelerator space in Amsterdam. The 10 companies were selected out of hundreds of applicants to participate in the 3 months long ABN AMRO + Techstars Future of Finance accelerator program.
After a successful first (virtual) edition of the fintech Accelerator program in partnership with ABN AMRO last year we're incredibly happy this year to be able to invite our founders to join us in Amsterdam for a full in-person program.
For the next 80 days, until Demo Day on December 8, the 10 startups will meet with over 100 mentors, will engage with people deep into the ABN AMRO organisation, and will work with our Entrepreneurs in Residence, our global partners, and our alumni. This is all to enable them to make 1.5 years of progress in a 3 months period.
The founders in this year's class are tackling some of the most pressing issues of our time, from ESG measurement to carbon reduction, SME financing, and education opportunities for less privileged students. We set out to find unstoppable founders with a strong urge to leave a positive impact on this planet. We found them, they are our class of '22.
We're honored to present the ABN AMRO + Techstars Future of Finance Class of '22.
